He will be fondly remembered, literally driving the band out of Farncombe Youth Club in 1961 and into the wild world of rock 'n' roll. William Neal's superb 1965 poster
| Renowned artist William Neal has over 50 exhibitions to his credit today. He was born in Guildford and gained his Diploma in Art & Design at the Guildford School of Art in the sixties. An association with Greg Lake led to him producing cover designs for Emerson, Lake & Palmer, most notably for “Tarkus” and “Pictures at an Exhibition”. From 1971 onwards he concentrated on painting full time (see www.williamneal.co.uk) Here’s an opportunity to purchase a fabulous print of William’s 1965 Art School End of Term Poster featuring the Stormsville Shakers and the Smokestakks.
